The Criminal Law Section rings in the new year with a presentation by the Hon. Suzanne Gazzaniga and the Hon. Jeffery Penney on Pre-Trial Hearings  This program will focus on the best practices in criminal pre-trial calendars, the applicable rules of court and understanding the derails involving court reporters, clerks, interpreters and bailiffs.

Cost is $15.00 in order to receive a one hour MCLE certificate.

No cost to attend if you are not wanting a MCLE Certificate.
