Orit has served as the Broker and Owner of Geffen Real Estate, a residential and commercial brokerage, since 2006 and oversees, trains, and coaches a team of 30 agents and brokers throughout California. She has trained asset managers nationwide on how to manage bank-owned assets effectively. She is also the founder of the Probate and Trust Academy (

Orit holds two degrees, one in Political Science and another in Computer Science, and is a graduate of the University of California in Santa Barbara. She is the author of the acclaimed “The Practitioner’s Handbook for Probate Real Estate” and is also a CEB Contributing Author, having recently updated Chapter 18 – titled “Sales of Estate Property”. Orit is a board member and Vice President of Development at the Beverly Hills Bar Foundation.

This lunch will be held via Zoom Video Conference. Registered attendees will be provided with a link to Zoom registration once you have registered for this event and paid your fee online.  You must register on Zoom in order to receive the encrypted link for joining this secured web conference.  The link for registering will be found on your PCBA registration email.  Please be sure to register on Zoom no later than October 25 in order to receive written material.

This video conference will provide one hour MCLE credit or one hour specialty credit.

Cost is $25 for PCBA PEP section members and $35 for PCBA non-section members or non PCBA members. Space is limited so be sure to sign-up early.
