Legal Challenges Facing the Sandwich Generation

Founder of Goff Legal, PC and PCBA member, Ms. Goff will present on the challenges the “sandwich generation” present in the estate planning and trust administration legal world.  A large majority of clients are caught in the middle, supporting both their parents and their children financially, physically, and emotionally.  Join Ms. Goff in an in depth look at the legal challenges for attorneys in advising, planning, and ethically representing the generation caught in the middle.

This lunch will be held via Zoom Video Conference. This video conference will provide one hour MCLE credit or one hour specialty credit.
