Trustees Can't Risk Ignoring the Prudent Investor Act
Date: 6/28/21
Time: Noon via Zoom
Speakers: Edward Goodson and Liz Seitz
Many California Trustees fail to comply with the Prudent Investor Act because their attorneys fail to inform them of the Act's requirements. Please join Edward Goodson, Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust, and Probate Law since 2008 , and Liz Seitz, Partners at Trust & Probate Law Group for a look at the Prudent Investor Act and the danger of non compliance of its requirements. They will show a Trustee's obligations and how to avoid potential liability for both trustees and their attorneys.
Having a combined experience practicing in the area of trusts and estate for over 19 years, Mr. Goodson and Ms. Seitz represent clients in probate courts in twenty-two California counties. With expensive experience in trust administration, they are sure to bring a practical look at the Prudent Investor Act and provide methods to guide Trustees in complying with the Act.
