Medi-Cal Eligibility and Long-Term Custodial Care

An advocate for elder law needs, Randy Rosa’s frequent media appearances and speaking engagements focusing on the areas of Medi-Cal, estate planning, probate, and conservatorships make him a standout in the community in educating his peers.  Randy graduated from Oregon State University then continued to Georgetown University in Washington D.C. where he obtained his J.D. in 1982.  Randy has focused on the area of Elder Care with offices in Lodi, Sacramento, Modesto, Manteca, Stockton, and Tracy.  Randy is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorney, The California Advocates for Nursing Home Reform and The California State Bar Committee on Trusts, Estate Planning, and Probate.

We are excited to be welcoming Randy Rosa with his many years of educating to address the new and current rules for Medi-Cal Eligibility and Long Term Custodial Care.  Join us for a workshop where Randy Rosa will address recent case law, eligibility requirements, pre-planning for Medi-Cal eligibility, and give inciteful direction in the long term custodial care environment.
