Natalie Vance reprises her presentation on   which she presented to the PCBA at our Spring 2018 Conference.  During this challenging pandemic time, it is even more important to make sure your law practice is protected in case you become ill or unable to manage your clients and files. This presentation qualifies for one hour competency credit.

Ms. Vance is an experienced litigator, representing professionals and business entities in matters relating to professional malpractice, employment, and business disputes. Known for proactive, results-oriented litigation, Ms. Vance has successfully litigated jury trials, bench trials, binding arbitrations, FINRA arbitrations and appeals. Ms. Vance moved from San Diego to open Klinedinst’s Sacramento office in 2004, but continues to maintain a statewide practice, utilizing Klinedinst’s Southern California locations.

This lunch will be held via Zoom Video Conference. Registered attendees will be provided with a link to Zoom registration once you have registered for this event and paid your fee.  Be sure to look out for that registration confirmation email!  It may land in your spam or updates folder.  This is a 2-step registration process.  Please pay online in order to receive the registration link. .

This video conference will provide one hour Competency MCLE credit.

Cost is $15 for PCBA members and $25 for non-PCBA members.
