Daren Casagrande, LMFT, will be presenting: Maintaining Professional Efficacy and Mental Wellness During COVID, Economic Hardship, and Political Contention.
Daren, founded Clarity Counseling after spending over 10 years working in mental health organizations and experiencing many issues related to mental health disorders. He will bring his experience and expertise to our field with this topic which is extremely relevant right now. Mr. Casagrande emphasizes that, “we’re all wearing a little thin right now. This historical moment in our country has added stress and mental load to our daily living - often eating through our margin and exposing the cracks in our mental health and wellness. Maybe we're drinking or smoking just a little more. Maybe we're seeing increased irritability or decreased motivation. Maybe we're having a hard time even concentrating and our mind keeps wandering off in the middle of something important. These are just some of the signs that the cracks could be showing. So how can we make sure that we're serving the clients we have left ethically and with professionalism in the midst of all this? Come learn the most efficient and effective ways to assess your level of mental wellness as well as care for yourself in the middle of this chaotic moment in our history.”
