“Til’ Death do us Part: The Statutory Presumption of Undue Influence that Arises from Interspousal Transactions [Fam. Code §§721, 1100(e)]” will be the Probate and Estate Planning section's August "lunch" MCLE topic. Grab your lunch and computer and join in on this Zoom video presentation by Ben Eagleton of BPE Law.

Ben Eagleton is a full-service Estate Law practitioner, who handles Estate Planning, Estate Administration, Estate Litigation and Elder Law.  Ben’s field of practice, in large part, focuses on the legal needs of individuals and their family members when planning for their own estates, and/or transitioning through the loss or incapacity of a loved one.  It is a practice area that Ben finds both intellectually stimulating and also rewarding in that he is able to guide his clients through major life changes and truly tough times

This lunch will be held via Zoom Video Conference. Registered attendees will be provided with a link to Zoom registration once you have registered for this event and paid your fee online.  You must register on Zoom in order to receive the link for logging into the secured web conference.  The link for registering will be found on your PCBA registration email. Thank you for your patience as we navigate this new method of providing MCLE during this challenging time.

This video conference will provide one hour MCLE credit or one hour specialty credit.
