The 28th Annual Spring MCLE Spring Conference Flyer is almost ready for distribution.  We have some great speakers lined up.  Some of the topics include:  ▪ Evidence/Objections and Hearsay;  Mediation and Settlements; ▪ Contracts; ▪ Probate & Estate Planning topics on fiduciary ethics, investments and special needs trust;  topics for criminal law and Ethics, and ▪ Competency by David Mann.  Judge Horst has an interesting presentation lined up (as always!) and we have other Family Law and Criminal Law topics to keep you interested.  Sign up now and save money.

As with last year, you will have the option of receiving material in the form of a book, or you can download an electronic version approximately a week prior to the conference. Please choose either to receive a pdf or the booklet.  Due to the increased costs of printing, hardbound book cost will be $25.00. (It will require a second registration for the payment of a booklet.)

As always, we end our first day with our Annual Hosted Reception.  Feel free to invite your significant other to join you for happy hour.

When registering, please be sure to select your breakout session choices.  This choice enables us to ensure the appropriate size room and comfort for the number of attending each session.

Sponsorship Opportunities for attorneys and law firms.  You can sponsor one of the events, co-sponsor an event or donate to the Tim Coffin Scholarship Fund.  For more information, please see the Sponsorship Information Sheet and Application

The 2019 Spring MCLE Conference will be held at The Falls Event Center, located in Roseville, behind the Galleria Mall and next to the Hyatt Place.  As such, we will be able to provide you with breakfast pastries on both days, a hot buffet lunch for Friday and a vast deli buffet on Saturday, snacks all day and, most importantly, all day coffee and beverages!  Catering provided by Randy Peters Catering, Roseville, CA.

If you coming from out of town and need lodging, please download the brochure as there is a list of hotels next door and withing a mile of The Falls Event Center.
